Our work in data strategy centres on brokering critical conversations to help organisations pinpoint the data they need to achieve their strategic goals and how best this can be accessed, used and managed. Data strategy is a process not a paper.

About Us

Our Founder and Director, Katharine Purser has over 20 years experience leading teams to broker effective solutions to complex public sector challenges. She has worked in senior roles in central and local government. At the Department for Work and Pensions, Katharine established and ran the Chief Data Office successfully moving the department toward more effective use of data in policy design and service delivery. As Strategic Commissioner at the London Borough of Barnet, she led data-centred work on skills commissioning, welfare reform implementation and organisational strategic planning. While at the Cabinet Office, Katharine held a range of roles including leading on Social Enterprise Policy within the Office of Civil Society and running the Centre for Public Appointments. Katharine is highly experienced in consulting for the public sector and particularly adept at working on client side to get optimum results from projects with larger consultancies.
